Agenda 111 – Ghana Priority Health Infrastructure
2020 – Present | Ministry of Health, Ghana | 111 sites nationwide
The largest healthcare infrastructure investment in Ghana's history. TBL serves as Principal Biomedical Engineering Consultant, providing expert consultancy on space planning, medical equipment listing, bill of quantity preparations, room data sheets, and procurement planning for 101 district hospitals, 7 regional hospitals, and 3 psychiatric centers.
Effia Nkwanta Teaching Hospital Redevelopment
2022 – Present | Ministry of Health, Ghana | Western Region
Redevelopment and upgrading of the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital into a teaching hospital, including renovation of key departments and construction of a new 250-bed regional hospital at Apemenyim. TBL provides full biomedical engineering consultancy on behalf of the Ministry of Health.
Accra Medical Center
2019 – 2021 | Accra, Ghana
A three-storey specialist facility featuring a comprehensive radiology department (1.5T MRI, 64-slice CT scanner), operating theaters, and fully functional CSSD. TBL led medical planning activities, supervised implementation, and managed installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance.
The Bank Hospital
2016 – 2020 | Accra, Ghana | Client: Bank of Ghana
A 100-bed turnkey hospital project featuring over twenty comprehensive departments with state-of-the-art medical equipment. TBL managed space and equipment planning, procurement, construction supervision, installations, testing and commissioning, acceptance, and training until official handover.
Jahmale Medical Solutions (JMS)
2016 – 2018 | Monrovia, Liberia
A comprehensive diagnostic center equipped with MRI, CT scanner, and advanced laboratory equipment. TBL conducted on-site inspections, coordinated pre-installation requirements, and managed installation, testing, and commissioning of all major equipment.
