Redevelopment and upgrading of the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital into a teaching hospital, including renovation of key departments and construction of a new 250-bed regional hospital at Apemenyim. TBL provides full biomedical engineering consultancy on behalf of the Ministry of Health.
